DISCUSSION/BACKGROUND:
Transfer of jurisdiction
agreement number 2003-TJ-011, between Mahaska County and the Iowa Department of
Transportation, transferred that portion of Iowa 432 from near the center of
Section 10-T75N-R16W (junction of Iowa 163); thence easterly and southeasterly
to north corporation line of Oskaloosa (near the E ¼ Corner NW ¼ Section
14-T75N-R16W) to county jurisdiction on May 1, 2003.
Transfer of
jurisdiction agreement number 2003-TJ-008, between the city of Oskaloosa and
the Iowa Department of Transportation, transferred that portion of Iowa 432
from the north corporation line (near the E ¼ Corner NW ¼ Section
14-T75N-R16W); thence southeasterly to the junction Iowa 92 (A Avenue W) to
city jurisdiction on May 1, 2003.
